Peter Finnegan
Business Development Manager
Peter is responsible for managing the Corporate Training department and Conference Centre in the Europa Academy. Peter has over seven years sales experience working in a range of industries including Financial Services and B2B. He has also worked for two years with the Institute of Directors (IoD) in London where he built up a strong understanding of professional development and executive training.
Peter holds a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Sales Management and has a dynamic and professional approach to sales and business development.

Mark Richardson - MIITD, MIMI
Director of Training & Recruitment MIITD, MIMI 
Mark has 20 years experience working in a variety of industry backgrounds and specialises in training, recruitment and businesss development. He is widely regarded as a one of Ireland's top training professionals who brings incredible energy and passion to every project he engages with and has a tremendous ability to bring the very best out of people at every level. He is also highly regarded for his recruitment and interview skills, with a exceptional track record of identifying and developing talent.
Mark's training career commenced working with Dale Carnegie Training and since 1998 he has been Director of a Training Institute, where he has designed and developed a ground-breaking training programme for sales specialists, aimed at creating a new breed of professional sales person. A former Executive Board Director of a National Company, Mark is an experienced professional working closely today with National/ International Corporations and SMEs, developing their people and their businesses.

Moira Creedon, B.A, MBA.
Finance Specialist
Moira has 20- years experience of corporate finance at senior level spanning Investment Banking and a wide range of industrial sectors. She has lectured throughout the world on financial management to audiences from SME through to global plc level. After a career in M&A management in the City of London,Moira was Senior Finance Specialist at the Irish Management Institute, and Lead Finance Faculty at Management Centre Europe in Brussels. Since establishing her own financial consulting business in 2004, Moira's client list includes Toyota, Sony Ericsson, Amadeus Travel, Enterprise Ireland, OAMi European Trademark Agency, Glanbia and many other plcs.
Dara O'Reilly-Daly, MBS, BComm
Marketing & Communications Specialist
Dara has over 10 years senior management experience in the highly competitive Irish construction industry managing both the marketing and communications functions of a well known multinational. Her expertise centres on growing and enhancing both retail and trade brands in a dynamic and extremely competitive market to drive sales growth, brand awareness and competitive advantage.
Outside of the Europa Academy, Dara runs her own successful marketing and PR company which assists small to medium size businesses to deliver sales growth and profitability through exceeding customer expectations, understanding the market dynamics and realising all opportunities for growth.
Dara holds a MBS in Strategic International Marketing from DCU, a BComm from UCC and a Diploma in Print Journalism from the NCVA.
Michael Goeden
Management & Leadership Specialist
Michael has been involved in the training and development industry for the past 8 years. He specialises in the areas of management and leadership development; 'Lean' principles and culture, sales and marketing. A highly interactive facilitator, he is able to adapt to his learner's capacity and style quickly, whilst maintaining Europa's professional approach in a stress free environment.
Michael holds qualifications in Business Management, Business Development and Strategic Quality Management, and has delivered training for SME's, corporates, Institutes of Technology and Universities.
Gay White MSc, MAC, MIITD
Learning & Development Consultant
Gay White is a highly skilled Occupational Psychologist whose background spans consultancy, project management, management development, change management, HR management, coaching, and Learning & Development.. Over many years, she has designed and delivered a range of leadership, management and personal development, sales and customer service courses to staff at all levels, and she helps clients to bring about behavioural changes that will give them an edge over their competition. Having gained many years experience in the financial services sector, where she played a major role in delivering on a number of organisational change and training initiatives, she set up her own successful HR Consultancy business, Zero One Consulting, in 2006.
Since then Gay has built up a range of clients, both in the public and private sectors, in Ireland and the U.K. She is a co-author and lecturer on courses offered jointly between the Institute of Bankers and UCD and is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training & Development.
Suzanne White - BA, DIP, DIP, TTT, EQI, CIPD
Learning, Development and Human Resourses
Suzanne has over 20 years experience in Managing People, primarily in the Learning and Development and HR arena. She has worked for large multinationals and held a senior position with a large blue chip retailer. She is currently finishing her BSc HRM (Hons) and is a member of the CIPD. Suzanne prides herself at being able to communicate at all levels. She specialises in Employment Law, and full TNA, bringing positive change to employer, employees and their working environment for continued best practice within all organisations.
Suzanne currently holds voluntary workshops in Self Development for teenagers helping them realise their full potential. Which she is very passionate about.
Ultan Bannon
eMail Marketing - Newsletters
Ultan Bannon is an experienced marketer and public relations consultant whose clients included the Office of Public Works, Fáilte Ireland, Musgrave, Clerys, Christian Blind Mission and Irish Aid. The primary focus of Ultan's business is now email marketing and to meet the growing demand he publishes email newsletters on behalf of clients and provides training and consultancy services.
Ultan is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
Mary Darlington - BSc., CFIOSH, MIES, FCIPD
Health & Safety Specialist
Mary holds a BSc in Occupational Safety and Health Management from UCD together with qualifications in Environmental Impact Assessment Management and HR Management. She is a Chartered Fellow of both IOSH and CIPD and a Corporate Member of Irish Ergonomics Society. She is an experienced consultant, trainer and lecturer. She spent 13 years in various HR roles before getting involved in health and safety with Bausch and Lomb in Waterford where she was Safety & Environment Manager for over 8 years. She set up her own Consultancy, Darlington Consulting in 1996.
She trains and consults widely and her clients include: The Revenue Commissioners, ESB, EPA, Savills, Siemens, G&T Crampton, The Depaul Trust, Laois County Council and many others. She is a former Board Member of Health & Safety Authority, former Chair of IOSH Ireland and a former National President of Network - The Organisation for Women in Business. She was also Course Leader on Safety Diploma Programme in Waterford Institute of Technology for a number of years.
