Course Objectives
On successful completion of this course, participants will:
- Will be able to practice effective supervisory management skills
- Have the ability to design, implement and change standards
- Know the value of open and effective communication within an business
- Be able to develop strategies for staff support and empowerment
- Know the importance of effective relationships within a multi-disciplinary team
- Be able to demonstrate effective conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Will know the importance of stakeholders rights and expectations in delivery of quality service.

Awarding BODY
Following successful completion you will receive a FETAC Level 6 Minor Award in Managing People (N32905).
The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) is the national awarding body for further education and training in Ireland. Europa Academy is registered with FETAC to offer programmes leading to FETAC awards in the National Framework of Qualifications in Ireland.
Fees
2 day programme - Total training fee €595 per person. Fee excludes FETAC assesement / verification fee of €25 per person for course certification.
