Day 1:

• What makes a good presentation GREAT! 
• The importance of preparation
• Knowing your audience
• The role of the Facilitator
• Delivery of content (including delivery style & use of Power Point)
• Speaking persuasively
• Listening Skills
• Handling difficult questions and objections confidently
• Handling demanding people

Day 2:

• Delegates will deliver their own-work related Power Point presentation to the class. Presentation will be recorded and the delegate will be given constructive feedback to further sharpen and perfect their delivery skills.
