Course Objectives
On successful completion of this course, participants will:
On completion of this module the learner will :
- Have a persuasive style of conducting a professional sales negotiation
- Know how customer behaviour can influence the negotiation strategy
- Be able to explore ways to identify and deal with common barriers to achieving a sale
- Be able to make appropriate use of strategic account planning information
- Be able to develop an effective negotiation strategy e.g. SWOT analysis, relationship matrix etc.
- Use appropriate listening and questioning techniques to understand the customer's : position and bottom line, understanding of the proposed solution and objections to/acceptance of the proposed solution.
This programme will be delivered over a 2 day period
Awarding BODY
Following successful completion you will receive a FETAC Level 6 Minor Award in Sales Negotiations (B30155) .
The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) is the national awarding body for further education and training in Ireland. Europa Academy is registered with FETAC to offer programmes leading to FETAC awards in the National Framework of Qualifications in Ireland.
Fees
2 day programme - Total training fee €595 per person. Fee excludes FETAC assesement / verification fee of €25 per person for course certification.
