Advance Telephone Selling Skills

Course Overview and Objectives

The one-day telephone selling skills course is also conducted as a two-day programme, which covers the theory and is more practical based. The two-day programme involves mystery shopping the competition on the phone to experience the call enquiry through the customers' ears and, it also involves a series of role-plays that are recorded with staged 'Academy customers'. These role-plays are reviewed with the trainee focusing on individual strengths and addressing areas where there is scope for further development.
