The Business Manager Programme

Course Overview

An 8-day highly intensive course, designed specifically for Business Managers in any dealership, from new recruits to the more experienced BM. This course is innovative and one-of-a-kind. Previous delegates are quoted as saying that for the price of only one finance deal this course is well worth the time out of the dealership. The course includes written assessment and recorded role-play of the complete 1-10 Steps of the Finance Sale. Trainees are issued with comprehensive 'Branded Finance Packs' to assist them in promptly and successfully implementing their newly acquired skills to maximise effectiveness of training and to ensure complete legal compliance.

Each trainee undergoes Pre and Post Assessments to ensure effective transfer of learning. Throughout the programme, the trainees will continously practice and role-play their newly learnt skills whilst under constant supervision and mentoring. 'Perfect practice makes perfect' and it is through this approach that we instill positive habits for thee future. In addition, each trainee is issued with a comprehensive finance pack to further assist them in ensuring the prompt and successful implementation of their newly acquired skills back in the dealership.

 

Europa Accredited Training Programmes

Each member of the Academy's training team is highly skilled in the preparation and delivery of training and is qualified through the Irish Institute of Training and Development. The Academy is an accredited training centre of the Institute of the Motor Industry and the Institute of Leadership and Management.

 

Accreditation

The Business Manager training programme is accredited by the IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry) and is also accredited with CPD hours.

Fee

Standard fee is €2,400 per delegate. This fee is inclusive of tuition, documentation, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea. Fees are payable in advance.
