Course Overview and Objectives

Course Content

Learning to communicate consciously and to develop this newly learnt skill as a habit, is paramount in selling as the conclusions our customers reach about us (whether they like or dislike us, trust or distrust us) are based solely on the way they see us behave, through our actions both spoken and unspoken.
