Module 4:

Mystery Shopping visit & review
Negotiation & Objection Handling Skills

Gaining agreement & Closing the Sale
Administration - A Critical Key to your Success
Written Assessment & Recorded Role-play

Participants will be issued with course notes throughout the programme.
