Course Overview and Objectives

This course is essential for any salesperson that has recently joined a Dealer Network. New model product training is also be available to salespeople at all levels. It is our experience from years of mystery shopping dealers that most sales people do not truly 'sell' the car and very often, don't really know the car. The programme is dependant on product support from each franchise and is delivered in a way that not only educates the trainees but also sells the car/cars to them, instilling in the salesperson, a belief in their own model range and the ability to present a car professionally and confidently. There is a far greater likelihood that this newfound enthusiasm for the product will be transferred to the customer, converting more showroom enquiries into sales. This programme can be conducted over any number of days, with 1 day being the minimum recommended.
