Course Overview and Objectives

This course was designed to provide after sales personnel with the knowledge of the principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards, alternative delivery systems and customer satisfaction evaluation techniques. This course will enable participants to follow the process of contacting/greeting the customers, identify their needs, satisfy their needs and close the sale.
