The content of this training course is based on the practical and essential topics relevant to managers and the real challenges they face. The key objective is to equip managers with the skills needed to perform in a confident and professional way. The success of a dealership is completely dependant on the ability of its managers to achieve targeted levels of performance. Successful managers, therefore, need to be trained, developed and motivated.
This course has been designed for junior, middle to senior managers in the motor industry (Parts Managers/Advisors, Service Managers/Advisors, Sales Managers). The course will be adapted to facilitate Junior, Middle and Senior levels of management with focus on meeting the specific needs of client companies and levels of management. The course can also be modified to meet the specific requirements of a particular company by way of a tailored approach.

In developing key management skills it is important to understand and be confident with the main theories and concepts of Management Principles. Emphasis is placed on understanding what management is in broad terms and relating this understanding to the role of today's manager.
