Nissan Ireland Service Managers received a certificate awarding the Institute of the Motor Industry Quality Assured Award for Professional Management Programme at Europa Academy on 16th May 2008. Nineteen Nissan Service Managers successfully completed a Professional Management Programme specifically designed and delivered by Europa Academy.
The tremendous success of this programme was due to the hard work, commitment and dedication of the Nissan Service Managers. They were greatly supported in their efforts by their Dealer Principals and Nissan Ireland.
The programme was delivered over a four month period and consisted of four modules addressing a wide range of management fundamentals. The modules are focussed keenly on business improvement, customer satisfaction and quality and incremental profit opportunities. The programme is a foundation for the full certificate in automotive management and is recognised throughout Europe as a standard for Professional Management.
