Institute of the Motor Industry
The IMI is the professional association for individuals employed in the motor industry and the leading awarding body for qualifications in the automotive sector. They offer a comprehensive portfolio of national qualifications, both technical and non-technical and are the only awarding body, which is totally focused on the skills requirements of the automotive sector. There are 25,000 individual IMI members, from across all areas of the motor industry, who are recognised for their skills and experience. IMI Membership is awarded on the basis of an individual's qualifications, career history and motor industry experience.
